Items are printed especially for you at the time of order. For this reason, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
I made an error with my order
If less than 12 hours has passed since you placed your order, please let us know immediately and it is likely that we’ll be able to stop this going to production.
Once an order is pushed through to production, it can’t be undone at that point.
What if my order arrives damaged, or is otherwise not as expected?
In the unfortunate event of your purchase not arriving in good condition and of the expected quality, please let us know immediately by email at orders@nutsaboutpoker.com.
Please attach a photo of the defect.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
